StormFPV Backorder Policy

Thank you for choosing StormFPV for your FPV drone needs. Please read our Backorder Policy carefully before placing a backorder:

  • Estimated Delivery Time
    Backordered items typically ship within 15 to 30 business days from the date of purchase. This timeframe may vary depending on supplier availability, international shipping, or unforeseen delays. We will keep you updated if any major changes occur.
  • Order Cancellation
    Backorders cannot be canceled or refunded unless approved by StormFPV management. If a cancellation is approved, a 3% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers non-refundable payment gateway charges.
  • Payment Terms
    Full payment is required at the time of placing a backorder. This secures your item and ensures it is reserved for you once available.
  • Product Availability
    StormFPV cannot guarantee availability if there are production issues, import restrictions, or manufacturer delays. In rare cases where the product becomes unavailable, customers will be notified and issued a full refund without deductions.
  • Order Modifications
    Changes to a backorder (e.g., product specifications or shipping address) must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order and are subject to approval.
  • Communication
    We are committed to transparency. We will communicate any delays or changes to your order via email. Please ensure your contact information is accurate at checkout.
