Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests for orders already processed and prepared for shipment will incur a SAR 75 cancellation fee. This fee is charged by the carrier for package interception.
  • If you cancel your order after the item has shipped, shipping charges will apply. Upon refusal of the delivered item(s) and receipt of the product back at our facility, your credit card will be credited the total amount minus the shipping costs.
  • Certain products may also be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3–7 business days from the time we receive your cancellation request. We will notify you via email once your refund has been initiated.
  • The time for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your refund method and your issuing bank. While we refund the full product amount, the customer’s bank may deduct transaction fees as per their policies.
  • If there is no response from the customer within 7 days of a refund inquiry, the order will be automatically canceled.
  • Refunds processed via credit card will only include the amount we received, and any additional bank charges will be borne by the customer.
  • For cash payments, refunds will only be issued through bank transfers. Customers will need to provide their bank details to facilitate the refund.

Return or Exchange Policy

  • Damaged Products:
    If products are damaged during transit, customers can request an exchange by contacting us via email or phone within 3–10 business days of receiving the item.

    • Customers must provide photo or video evidence of the damaged products when submitting a complaint.
    • Exchanges will only be processed for items damaged in transit.

  • Post-Delivery Returns:
    Once an order has been delivered in good condition, no cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.
